Instructions
- Prepare chicken by grilling or roasting until fully cooked, then dice.
- Cook corn: grill fresh corn or drain canned corn.
- Dice cucumber and finely chop red onion.
- Mix mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, lime juice, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Add chicken, corn, cucumber, and onion; fold gently to coat evenly.
- Toss in cilantro and mix.
- Adjust seasoning as needed; chill 10 minutes if desired.
- Serve garnished with crumbled feta if desired.

- Optional chilling enhances flavor melding.
