- 1 cup cottage cheese (room temperature)
- 2 large eggs
- ½ teaspoon salt (optional)
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder, pepper, or dried herbs (optional)
Instructions
- Combine cottage cheese, eggs, and optional seasonings in a blender. Blend for about 30 seconds until smooth and pourable.
- Heat a nonstick skillet over low heat and lightly grease it. Let it warm for 1–2 minutes.
- Pour about ⅓ cup batter into the pan and swirl to form a thin circle.
- Cook for 3–5 minutes until the surface looks dry and edges lift, then flip and cook another 1–2 minutes.
- Remove and cool on a plate. Repeat with remaining batter to make 4–5 wraps.
