Instructions
- Warm the tortilla in a dry skillet for 15–20 seconds per side until flexible.
- Scramble eggs over medium-low heat until just set; season with salt and pepper.
- Lay tortilla flat and spread cottage cheese down the center.
- Add scrambled eggs, avocado slices, tomato, and cilantro on top.
- Squeeze lime juice over fillings and adjust seasoning.
- Fold in ends and roll tightly into a wrap.
- Place seam-side down in a hot skillet and toast 1–2 minutes per side.
- Slice in half and serve warm.
