  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, beat butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy.
  3. Mix in Greek yogurt and vanilla extract until combined.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix until just combined. Dough will be sticky.
  6. Fold in chocolate chips.
  7. Drop tablespoon-sized dough onto baking sheets, spacing 2 inches apart.
  8. Bake for 9–12 minutes until edges are golden.
  9. Cool on baking sheet for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
