- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs

- ½ cup melted butter
- 24 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup fresh mixed berries
- 2 ripe peaches, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, ¼ cup sugar, and melted butter. Press into pan.
- Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add 1 cup sugar and vanilla, mix well.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing after each addition.
- Stir in sour cream.
- Pour batter over crust. Top with peaches and berries.
- Bake 50–60 minutes until center is set.
- Cool to room temperature, then refrigerate at least 4 hours before serving.
