Instructions
- Cut watermelon into cubes and hull and halve strawberries.
- Add fruit to a large mixing bowl.
- Sprinkle chopped mint over fruit.
- Drizzle honey and add lime juice if desired.
- Sprinkle sea salt and gently toss everything together.
- Transfer to serving dish and garnish with extra mint.
