  • Total Time: 4 hours 5 minutes
  • Yield: 20 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 pounds baby carrots, rinsed
  • 1/4 cup butter, cut into 46 pieces
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Optional: fresh dill (chopped)

Instructions

  1. Pour the water into the bottom of the slow cooker. Add the carrots.
  2. Top carrots with brown sugar, honey, and salt. Place butter pieces evenly over everything.
  3. Cover and cook on HIGH for 3–4 hours, stirring once after 2 hours.
  4. Transfer carrots to a serving dish. Sprinkle with fresh dill if desired and serve warm.

Notes

  • Chopped Italian parsley can be used instead of dill for garnish.
  • Stirring halfway helps coat the carrots evenly with the glaze.
