- 1/4 cup water
- 2 pounds baby carrots, rinsed
- 1/4 cup butter, cut into 4–6 pieces
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Optional: fresh dill (chopped)
Instructions
- Pour the water into the bottom of the slow cooker. Add the carrots.
- Top carrots with brown sugar, honey, and salt. Place butter pieces evenly over everything.
- Cover and cook on HIGH for 3–4 hours, stirring once after 2 hours.
- Transfer carrots to a serving dish. Sprinkle with fresh dill if desired and serve warm.
Notes
- Chopped Italian parsley can be used instead of dill for garnish.
- Stirring halfway helps coat the carrots evenly with the glaze.
