- 6 large eggs
- 1 pound breakfast sausage
- 1 cup whole milk
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

- 1/2 teaspoon dried minced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon dried minced onion
- 1 refrigerated crescent roll dough sheet
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned. Drain excess oil and let cool for 5 minutes.
- Unroll crescent dough and press into the bottom of a greased 9×13-inch baking dish, sealing seams.
- Evenly layer cooked sausage over the dough, then sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, pepper, salt, garlic, and onion.
- Pour egg mixture evenly over the sausage and cheese.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes, until set and golden brown.
- Remove from oven, let cool slightly, slice into squares, and serve warm.
