- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup spinach, chopped
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Olive oil, for cooking
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix spinach, cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Cut a pocket into each chicken breast and stuff with the cheese mixture.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sear the stuffed chicken for 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Transfer to a baking dish and bake for 20–25 minutes, until fully cooked.
- Let rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.

- Marinate the chicken beforehand for extra flavor.
- You can swap cheeses based on preference.
- Serve with vegetables or salad for a complete meal.
