Instructions

- Cover with puff pastry and trim excess edges.
- Crimp the edges with a fork and cut small slits on top for ventilation.
- Brush the pastry with beaten egg for a golden finish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the crust is puffed and deeply golden.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
