- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme

- 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
- Wooden skewers, soaked in water for at least 30 minutes
Instructions
- Mix olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. This will be your marinade.
- Cut your chicken into 1-inch cubes and add them to the bowl containing the marinade ingredients. Toss to coat evenly.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or overnight.
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Thread the chicken pieces onto soaked skewers and place them on a foil-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 to 30 minutes, or until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
