  • Pinch of red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 10 oz linguine
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 4 green onions, sliced

Instructions

  1. Cook the linguine according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Stir in brown sugar, beef broth, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, ground ginger, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Mix well.
  5. In a small bowl, mix cornstarch with water to create a slurry. Add to skillet and cook until sauce thickens (2–3 minutes).
  6. Add cooked linguine to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce.
  7. Garnish with sliced green onions and serve hot.
