- 2/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon seasoning salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, seasoning salt, and black pepper until well combined.
- Place chicken breasts in a baking dish and spread the mixture evenly over each piece.
- Bake for 40–45 minutes, until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and the top is golden.
- Let rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Add breadcrumbs on top for extra crunch if desired.
- This recipe also works well with chicken thighs (adjust cook time).
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
