- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 6 Tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 4 oz fat free cream cheese, softened
- 2 (14 oz) cans fat free sweetened condensed milk
- 3/4 cup lime juice
- Zest of 2 limes
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×9-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until well mixed.
- Press the mixture firmly into the prepared pan and bake for 10 minutes. Remove and allow to cool.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
- Add sweetened condensed milk, lime juice, and lime zest. Mix until fully combined and smooth.
- Pour the key lime filling over the cooled crust and spread evenly.
- Bake for 10 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and cool completely at room temperature.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before slicing and serving.
- Garnish with whipped topping and additional lime zest if desired.

- Fresh lime juice provides the brightest flavor.
- Allow the cream cheese to soften fully before mixing.
