Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, heavy cream, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt until smooth.
- Separate the Hawaiian rolls and dip each into the custard, soaking about 15–20 seconds per side.
- Heat 2 tablespoons butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook soaked rolls for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Repeat with remaining rolls using remaining butter.
- Serve warm with desired toppings.
