- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 3 cups Granny Smith apples, chopped small
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 cans refrigerated Pillsbury Grand Biscuits (16.3 oz), cut into quarters or sixths
- 1 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- Optional: 1 cup walnuts, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 12-cup bundt pan.
- Cut biscuits into quarters or sixths and set aside.
- Toss apples with cinnamon and brown sugar, then add butter and microwave 2–3 minutes until softened. Let cool slightly.
- Combine apple mixture with biscuit pieces and toss gently. Place into prepared bundt pan.
- Mix brown sugar and melted butter in a bowl, then pour over the dough evenly.
- Bake for 28–32 minutes until golden and no longer doughy in the center.
- Cool for 5 minutes, then invert onto a plate and serve warm.
Notes
- Serve warm for best gooey texture.
- Walnuts can be added for crunch.
- Make sure biscuit pieces are separated for even baking.
