  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 3 cups Granny Smith apples, chopped small
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 2 cans refrigerated Pillsbury Grand Biscuits (16.3 oz), cut into quarters or sixths
  • 1 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • Optional: 1 cup walnuts, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 12-cup bundt pan.
  2. Cut biscuits into quarters or sixths and set aside.
  3. Toss apples with cinnamon and brown sugar, then add butter and microwave 2–3 minutes until softened. Let cool slightly.
  4. Combine apple mixture with biscuit pieces and toss gently. Place into prepared bundt pan.
  5. Mix brown sugar and melted butter in a bowl, then pour over the dough evenly.
  6. Bake for 28–32 minutes until golden and no longer doughy in the center.
  7. Cool for 5 minutes, then invert onto a plate and serve warm.
