- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
- 8 cubes mozzarella cheese
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Separate biscuit dough and flatten each piece slightly.
- Place a cube of mozzarella in the center of each piece of dough.
- Wrap the dough around the cheese, sealing tightly to form a ball.
- Arrange the dough balls seam-side down on the baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, garlic powder, salt, and parsley.
- Brush each dough ball generously with the garlic butter mixture.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the tops.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes or until golden brown.
