- 1/2 lb sirloin steak, cut into 1 inch cubes
- 2 cups baby potatoes, halved
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
- Preheat slow cooker on low heat and lightly coat the inside with cooking spray or oil.
- In a large bowl, combine melted butter, garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, parsley, and onion powder.
- Add steak cubes and potatoes to the bowl and toss until everything is evenly coated.
- Transfer the mixture into foil packets or place directly into the slow cooker insert.
- Cover and cook on low for 5 to 6 hours or until potatoes are tender and steak is cooked through.
- Carefully open packets if using foil and serve warm.
Notes
- Add green beans or asparagus during the last hour of cooking for extra vegetables and color.
- Swap sirloin with chicken breast for a lighter option while keeping the same garlic butter flavor.
