- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

- 8 small tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped (optional)
- Lime wedges for serving
Instructions
- In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter and sauté garlic for about 1 minute.
- Stir in honey, BBQ sauce, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for 2–3 minutes.
- Add shredded chicken and toss to coat. Cook for 3–5 minutes until heated through.
- Warm tortillas in a dry skillet for about 30 seconds per side.
- Fill each tortilla with chicken, then top with lettuce, tomatoes, and cheese.
- Garnish with cilantro and serve with lime wedges.
Notes
- Add jalapeños or hot sauce for extra heat.
- Use olive oil instead of butter for a lighter option.
- Grilled chicken can replace shredded chicken.
