Ingredients

  • 14.75 ounce canned salmon
  • 1 large egg
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)
  • Lemon wedges and tartar sauce (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Spray the air fryer basket with olive oil nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Add salmon, egg, mayonnaise, breadcrumbs, lemon juice, dill, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and parsley to a bowl and mix well.
  3. Divide mixture and form into four patties.
  4. Place patties in air fryer and spray tops with cooking spray.
  5. Cook at 390°F for 10–12 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  6. Serve with lemon wedges and tartar sauce.

  • Pink salmon works best for this recipe.
  • Remove bones and skin from canned salmon before mixing.
