- 14.75 ounce canned salmon
- 1 large egg
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon dried dill
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)
- Lemon wedges and tartar sauce (for serving)
Instructions
- Spray the air fryer basket with olive oil nonstick cooking spray.
- Add salmon, egg, mayonnaise, breadcrumbs, lemon juice, dill, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and parsley to a bowl and mix well.
- Divide mixture and form into four patties.
- Place patties in air fryer and spray tops with cooking spray.
- Cook at 390°F for 10–12 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve with lemon wedges and tartar sauce.
Notes
- Pink salmon works best for this recipe.
- Remove bones and skin from canned salmon before mixing.
- Olive oil spray helps prevent buildup in the air fryer.
- These patties can be frozen for later use.
- Regular breadcrumbs can be substituted for panko.
