  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels.
  3. In a shallow bowl, combine Parmesan cheese, panko breadcrumbs, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise over each chicken breast.
  5. Press each chicken breast into the breadcrumb mixture, coating all sides evenly.
  6. Lightly spray the air fryer basket and the coated chicken with cooking spray.
  7. Place the chicken in a single layer in the basket. Cook for 10 minutes.
  8. Flip the chicken, spray the top with cooking spray, and cook for an additional 5–7 minutes until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  9. Remove the chicken and let it rest for 3–5 minutes before serving.
