Ingredients

- 1.5 lbs chicken breast, cubed
- 3 cups broccoli florets
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tbsp butter
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook chicken until golden and done.
- Remove chicken and steam broccoli in the same pan with a splash of water.
- Melt butter and sauté garlic for 30 seconds.
- Add cream, broth, Parmesan, and seasoning; stir until smooth.
- Return chicken and broccoli to skillet and simmer 2–3 minutes.
- Serve warm with rice, pasta, or bread.
Notes
- Don’t overcook broccoli to keep it crisp-tender.
- Simmer sauce longer if it needs thickening.
- Chicken thighs can be used instead of breast.
