Ingredients

  • 3 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tbsp butter

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook chicken until golden and done.
  2. Remove chicken and steam broccoli in the same pan with a splash of water.
  3. Melt butter and sauté garlic for 30 seconds.
  4. Add cream, broth, Parmesan, and seasoning; stir until smooth.
  5. Return chicken and broccoli to skillet and simmer 2–3 minutes.
  6. Serve warm with rice, pasta, or bread.

Notes
