Instructions
- Mash the avocado in a small bowl.

- Toast the bread slices.
- Spread the avocado mixture evenly over each slice.
- Top with cottage cheese.
- Drizzle with honey, hot honey, or balsamic glaze.
- Finish with an extra squeeze of lemon juice and additional seasoning if desired.
