- 8 celery stalks

Instructions
- Wash the celery stalks thoroughly and cut into 3–4 inch pieces. Pat dry.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cranberries, pecans, honey, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt until smooth and well combined.
- Fill each celery piece generously with the cream cheese mixture using a spoon or spatula.
- Arrange on a serving platter and garnish with parsley if desired.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to enjoy.

- Low-fat cream cheese can be used for a lighter version.
- This can be prepared a day ahead and stored in the fridge.
