- 1 lb chicken tenders
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 packet Ranch seasoning mix
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1 cup crushed Ritz crackers
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or grease it lightly.
- In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, Ranch seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder; mix until smooth.
- Coat each chicken tender in the mayo mixture and then dredge in crushed Ritz crackers.
- Place coated tenders on the baking sheet spaced evenly apart.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
