- Parsley, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare mashed potatoes if not already made and keep warm.
- Cook chicken nuggets according to package directions until crispy.
- Heat the gravy in a small saucepan on the stovetop.
- Cook the corn in a separate pan until heated through.
- To assemble, place 1 cup of mashed potatoes into each bowl.
- Top with chicken nuggets, corn, and shredded cheese.
- Drizzle warm gravy over the top.
- Season with salt and pepper, garnish with parsley, and serve immediately.
