  • 8 medium flour tortillas
  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
  • 2 romaine lettuce hearts, chopped
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Divide ground chicken into 8 portions and press onto one side of each tortilla.
  2. Season with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Heat skillet and add 1 tablespoon olive oil.
  4. Place tortillas chicken side down and cook 2–3 minutes until browned.
  5. Flip and cook tortilla side for 30 seconds until crisp.
  6. Toast panko in remaining oil until golden.
  7. Toss lettuce with Caesar dressing.
  8. Top tacos with salad, breadcrumbs, and Parmesan. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • Press chicken to about 1/4 inch thick for even cooking.
