- 8 medium flour tortillas
- 1 pound ground chicken
- 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
- 2 romaine lettuce hearts, chopped
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Divide ground chicken into 8 portions and press onto one side of each tortilla.
- Season with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Heat skillet and add 1 tablespoon olive oil.
- Place tortillas chicken side down and cook 2–3 minutes until browned.
- Flip and cook tortilla side for 30 seconds until crisp.
- Toast panko in remaining oil until golden.
- Toss lettuce with Caesar dressing.
- Top tacos with salad, breadcrumbs, and Parmesan. Serve immediately.
Notes
- Press chicken to about 1/4 inch thick for even cooking.
- Ensure oil is hot before adding tortillas.
