- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce, plus extra for serving
- 4 large tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup diced celery
- 1/2 cup diced carrots
- 1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles (optional)
- Ranch or blue cheese dressing, for serving
Instructions
- Slice chicken breasts into thin strips and season lightly with salt and pepper.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the chicken for 8–10 minutes until fully cooked.
- Pour buffalo sauce over the chicken and toss to coat evenly. Remove from heat.
- Warm tortillas according to package instructions.
- Divide buffalo chicken among tortillas and top with lettuce, celery, carrots, and blue cheese if using.
- Fold in sides and roll tightly to form wraps. Cut in half if desired.
- Serve immediately with extra buffalo sauce and dressing for dipping.
