- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 pizza dough (defrosted overnight)
- 8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
- 8 oz shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce (divided)
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a bowl, toss chicken with 1/4 cup buffalo sauce.
- Stir in ranch dressing and remaining buffalo sauce until fully combined.
- Roll pizza dough into a large rectangle on a floured surface.
- Spread buffalo ranch mixture evenly over the dough.
- Add chicken mixture and sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar cheeses on top.
- Roll dough tightly into a log.
- Seal edges and place seam-side down on a baking sheet.
- Bake for about 30 minutes until golden brown.
- Let rest 5–10 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
- Adjust buffalo sauce to control spice level.
- Letting it rest before slicing prevents cheese from spilling out.
- Serve with ranch, blue cheese, or pizza sauce for dipping.
