- Salad:

Instructions
- Wash and thoroughly dry the mixed salad greens, then place them in a large bowl.
- Rinse the blueberries and let them drain well.
- Add blueberries, chopped pistachios, crumbled feta, and sliced red onion to the bowl.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, honey, balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper until emulsified.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if needed, then serve immediately or chill briefly before serving.
