Ingredients

  • 1 medium fresh pineapple (about 3 cups chunks)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or coconut oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Cut off the top and bottom of the pineapple, remove the skin, and cut into 1-inch chunks.
  2. Toss pineapple with oil, cinnamon, honey or maple syrup, and salt until evenly coated.
  3. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 2 minutes.
  4. Place pineapple in a single layer and air fry for 8–10 minutes, shaking halfway through, until golden and caramelized.
  5. Serve warm alone or with ice cream or yogurt.
