Ingredients

  • 1 bag mini sweet peppers (about 14), halved and seeded
  • 2 teaspoons avocado oil
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2/3 cup mozzarella or cheddar cheese, grated
  • 2 green onions, finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, grated cheese, green onions, garlic powder, salt, and sriracha until smooth.
  2. Slice peppers in half lengthwise and remove seeds.
  3. Drizzle avocado oil over peppers and toss to coat.
  4. Stuff each pepper with the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Place peppers in a single layer in the air fryer.
  6. Cook at 360°F for 8 minutes using the bake setting.
  7. Remove and repeat with remaining peppers.

Notes

  • Fresh garlic can be used instead of garlic powder.
  • Cook in batches to avoid overcrowding.
