- 1 bag mini sweet peppers (about 14), halved and seeded
- 2 teaspoons avocado oil
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2/3 cup mozzarella or cheddar cheese, grated
- 2 green onions, finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sriracha (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, grated cheese, green onions, garlic powder, salt, and sriracha until smooth.
- Slice peppers in half lengthwise and remove seeds.
- Drizzle avocado oil over peppers and toss to coat.
- Stuff each pepper with the cream cheese mixture.
- Place peppers in a single layer in the air fryer.
- Cook at 360°F for 8 minutes using the bake setting.
- Remove and repeat with remaining peppers.
Notes
- Fresh garlic can be used instead of garlic powder.
- Cook in batches to avoid overcrowding.
- Great as a keto-friendly appetizer.
