  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup milk or cream
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • Topping
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook ground beef with onion, salt, pepper, and paprika. Drain excess fat.
  3. Mix mushroom soup, milk, and sour cream until smooth.
  4. Spread beef mixture in a greased baking dish.
  5. Layer sliced potatoes evenly on top.
  6. Pour sauce over potatoes and spread evenly.
  7. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  8. Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
  9. Remove foil and bake 15 more minutes until golden and bubbly.
