Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine ground chicken, spinach, cheddar, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix gently.
  2. Divide into 4 patties.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook patties 5-6 minutes per side until internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  4. Toast buns if desired, place cooked patties on buns, and add toppings.
