- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1 cup fresh spinach, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup shredded white cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs (or gluten-free alternative)
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Olive oil, for cooking
- 4 burger buns
- Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato slices, or extra cheese
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine ground chicken, spinach, cheddar, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix gently.
- Divide into 4 patties.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook patties 5-6 minutes per side until internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Toast buns if desired, place cooked patties on buns, and add toppings.
- Serve warm and enjoy.
