- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 bottle Sweet Baby Ray’s BBQ sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- In a bowl, mix BBQ sauce, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, and olive oil.
- Place chicken in crockpot and pour sauce over it.
- Cook on low for 4-6 hours or high for 2-3 hours until chicken is tender and cooked through.
- Shred chicken with two forks and mix with sauce.
- Serve hot over rice, in sandwiches, or with your favorite sides.
