- 1 (15 oz) box strawberry cake mix
- 2 large eggs, at room temperature
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F and line two baking sheets with silicone mats or parchment paper.
- Sift powdered sugar into a wide shallow bowl.
- Mix cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil until well combined.
- Scoop tablespoonfuls of batter, roll into balls, coat with powdered sugar, and place on prepared baking sheets.
- Bake 10-12 minutes. Cool completely before storing.
