  • 2 bananas, sliced
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped (plus extra for garnish)
  • Crushed strawberry wafers (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prepare cheesecake layer: Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla; mix well. Whip heavy cream to stiff peaks and fold into cream cheese mixture. Set aside.
  2. Prepare pudding layer: Whisk pudding mix with cold milk until thickened. Set aside.
  3. Assemble dessert: Layer vanilla wafers at the bottom of serving dish. Add banana slices and chopped strawberries. Spread cheesecake mixture on top, followed by pudding. Repeat layers as desired.
  4. Top and chill: Garnish with extra strawberries and crushed strawberry wafers. Cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours or overnight.
