- 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 (5.1 oz) box vanilla instant pudding mix
- 2 cups cold milk
- 1 box vanilla wafers (or other cookies of choice)
- 2 bananas, sliced
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped (plus extra for garnish)
- Crushed strawberry wafers (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Prepare cheesecake layer: Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla; mix well. Whip heavy cream to stiff peaks and fold into cream cheese mixture. Set aside.
- Prepare pudding layer: Whisk pudding mix with cold milk until thickened. Set aside.
- Assemble dessert: Layer vanilla wafers at the bottom of serving dish. Add banana slices and chopped strawberries. Spread cheesecake mixture on top, followed by pudding. Repeat layers as desired.
- Top and chill: Garnish with extra strawberries and crushed strawberry wafers. Cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours or overnight.

- For best flavor, assemble a few hours before serving.
- Substitute strawberries with other berries if preferred.
- Use homemade pudding or custard for a richer dessert.
