- 2 cups smoked chicken, shredded
- 1 (4-ounce) can diced green chiles
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cooked white rice
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup salsa (mild or medium)
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- 4 large flour tortillas
- Cooking spray or small amount of vegetable oil for pan
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix smoked chicken, green chiles, cheddar, rice, sour cream, salsa, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until combined.
- Warm tortillas in microwave 20 seconds to make them pliable.
- Distribute chicken mixture evenly onto center of each tortilla.
- Fold sides inward and roll tightly from bottom to top.
- Heat skillet with cooking spray or oil over medium heat.
- Place burritos seam-side down and cook 2–3 minutes per side until golden and crisp.

- Adjust spiciness with your choice of salsa.
- Add toppings like avocado or cilantro if desired.
