  • 1 (4-ounce) can diced green chiles
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cooked white rice
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup salsa (mild or medium)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • Cooking spray or small amount of vegetable oil for pan

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix smoked chicken, green chiles, cheddar, rice, sour cream, salsa, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until combined.
  2. Warm tortillas in microwave 20 seconds to make them pliable.
  3. Distribute chicken mixture evenly onto center of each tortilla.
  4. Fold sides inward and roll tightly from bottom to top.
  5. Heat skillet with cooking spray or oil over medium heat.
  6. Place burritos seam-side down and cook 2–3 minutes per side until golden and crisp.
