- 1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons sliced green onions
- 1/2 cup low-sodium chicken broth

- 2 tablespoons dark soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 2 teaspoons grated ginger
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon sriracha
- 4 cups coleslaw mix
Instructions
- Cook the Lo Mein noodles according to package instructions; set aside after rinsing.
- In a skillet, brown the ground chicken with 1/4 cup of sliced green onions in peanut oil.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the chicken broth, mirin, dark soy sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, sesame oil, and sriracha.
- Add the cooked noodles, coleslaw mix, and the sauce to the skillet with the chicken.
- Toss everything together for 2–3 minutes until fully coated; garnish with the remaining green onions.
