- 4 boneless pork ribs
- 1/4 cup honey
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp grated fresh ginger
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 green onions, sliced (for garnish)
- Optional: sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season ribs with black pepper and place on a lined baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger.
- Brush sauce over ribs and bake for 45 minutes, turning halfway through.
- Increase oven temperature to 425°F (220°C) and bake 10–15 more minutes for caramelization.
- Remove ribs from oven, spoon remaining sauce over, and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
- Serve hot with steamed rice or vegetables.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate ribs in the sauce for 1–2 hours before baking.
- Use a wire rack for more even cooking and crispier texture.
- Adjust honey and garlic amounts to taste for sweeter or spicier ribs.
