Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Cook ground beef until browned; drain excess fat.
- Season beef with onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Combine beef with cooked rice, French onion soup, and sour cream in a mixing bowl.
- Spread mixture into prepared baking dish and top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Bake 25–30 minutes until cheese is melted and golden brown.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
