Instructions

- Roll dough into 1-inch balls. First coat in sprinkles (optional), then in powdered sugar until fully coated.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Place coated balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet, spaced 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are lightly browned. Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
