- 1.5 lbs top sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat steak cubes dry with paper towels.
- Toss steak with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and thyme in a bowl.
- Arrange steak bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook 6–8 minutes, shaking halfway, until internal temperature reaches 135°F for medium-rare or 145°F for medium.
- Transfer to a bowl, pour melted butter over, and toss with parsley.
- Rest 2 minutes before serving.
