- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 40–50 slices pepperoni (approx. 4 ounces)
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Optional: red pepper flakes for spice
- Optional: fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or silicone mat.
- Combine mozzarella, cheddar, and Parmesan in a medium bowl. Mix in Italian seasoning and garlic powder. Add red pepper flakes if desired.
- If pepperoni slices are large, cut in half.
- Place pepperoni slices on baking sheet in a single layer. Sprinkle cheese mixture over each slice.
- Bake 8–10 minutes until cheese is melted, bubbly, and lightly golden; pepperoni is crispy.
- Cool a few minutes on baking sheet before transferring to wire rack. Serve immediately and garnish with parsley if desired.
- Store leftovers in airtight container. Reheat in toaster oven or air fryer to restore crispness.

- Try different cheeses: provolone, Monterey Jack, or pepper jack.
- Use turkey or spicy pepperoni.
