Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4050 slices pepperoni (approx. 4 ounces)
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Optional: red pepper flakes for spice
  • Optional: fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or silicone mat.
  2. Combine mozzarella, cheddar, and Parmesan in a medium bowl. Mix in Italian seasoning and garlic powder. Add red pepper flakes if desired.
  3. If pepperoni slices are large, cut in half.
  4. Place pepperoni slices on baking sheet in a single layer. Sprinkle cheese mixture over each slice.
  5. Bake 8–10 minutes until cheese is melted, bubbly, and lightly golden; pepperoni is crispy.
  6. Cool a few minutes on baking sheet before transferring to wire rack. Serve immediately and garnish with parsley if desired.
  7. Store leftovers in airtight container. Reheat in toaster oven or air fryer to restore crispness.
