- 2 large chicken breasts
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup gluten free breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 380°F.
- Cut chicken breasts in half widthwise to make 4 thin pieces.
- Whisk eggs in a shallow bowl.
- Combine breadcrumbs, parmesan, salt, pepper, and spices in another shallow bowl.
- Dip chicken in egg mixture, then breadcrumb mixture to coat evenly.
- Place in air fryer basket in a single layer; spray lightly with oil if needed.
- Air fry 15 minutes, flipping halfway, until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Serve with pasta, salads, veggies, or rice.
Notes
- Regular breadcrumbs can be used if not gluten-free; plain recommended, not Italian.
