Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground chicken and cook until browned, about 5–7 minutes.
- Add diced onion and minced garlic. Cook until softened, about 2–3 minutes.
- Stir in uncooked pasta, chicken broth, and milk. Mix well.
- Add Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a gentle simmer.
- Cover and cook for 10–12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender.
- Remove lid and stir in shredded cheese until melted and creamy.
- Remove from heat, garnish with parsley if desired, and serve hot.
Notes
- Use ground turkey or beef as a substitute for chicken if preferred.
- Add extra cheese or crushed red pepper for more flavor.
- Stir occasionally while simmering to prevent sticking.
- This dish is best served fresh but can be stored in the fridge for up to 2 days.
