Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add chicken, sauté 5–7 minutes until lightly browned.
- Stir in onion and garlic, cook 2–3 minutes until onion translucent.
- Sprinkle thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Add chicken broth and heavy cream, stir to combine.
- Incorporate frozen vegetables and mix.
- Fold in fresh gnocchi, ensuring submerged in sauce.
- Simmer 10–12 minutes until gnocchi tender and sauce thickened.
- Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
