Instructions
- Preheat oven or air fryer to 400°F.
- Arrange frozen fries in a single layer and bake according to package instructions until golden brown.
- In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat and whisk in flour; cook 2 minutes.
- Gradually add milk while whisking, then stir in salt, white pepper, ranch seasoning, and half of the cayenne.
- Lower heat to medium-low and cook until thickened (~5 minutes), then stir in shredded cheese until creamy.
- Pour cheese sauce over cooked fries and serve warm.
