  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella (optional)
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan for crust
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Pound chicken to 1/2 inch thick and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  2. Heat olive oil in an ovenproof skillet and sear chicken 3–4 minutes per side until golden.
  3. Transfer to 400°F oven for 10–12 minutes until chicken reaches 165°F.
  4. Mix ranch, mayo, Parmesan, garlic, seasonings, and optional mozzarella.
  5. Combine panko, Parmesan, and melted butter for the topping.
  6. Top chicken with Parmesan mixture and breadcrumbs, broil 2–3 minutes until golden.
