  • 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Zest of 1 lime
  • Zest of 1 orange
  • Fresh cilantro, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together lime juice, orange juice, lemon juice, soy sauce, olive oil, honey, garlic, cumin, coriander, salt, pepper, lime zest, and orange zest.
  2. Place chicken breasts in a resealable bag or shallow dish. Pour marinade over chicken, ensuring even coating. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil the grates.
  4. Remove chicken from marinade and discard excess marinade.
  5. Grill chicken for 6–7 minutes per side, until internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and grill marks appear.
  6. Remove from grill and let rest for 5 minutes.
  7. Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve.
